Automotive Detailing Studio Floor Supervisor (Customer Relationship Management)

Job Summary

The Automotive Detailing Studio Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the detailing studio, ensuring high-quality workmanship, efficient workflow, and excellent customer service.

This role supervises detailing technicians, manages job scheduling, maintains quality standards, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers through effective CRM management.

The supervisor ensures that every vehicle is delivered on time, meets company quality standards, and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilitiesoperations & Floor Management

  • Supervise daily detailing operations and allocate work to technicians.
  • Monitor workflow to maximize productivity and minimize turnaround time.
  • Ensure all detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and related services meet company quality standards.
  • Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of detailing equipment and tools.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of chemicals, consumables, and accessories.
  • Enforce workplace safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise detailing technicians.
  • Train new employees on detailing techniques, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular coaching.
  • Prepare daily work schedules and manage attendance.
  • Foster teamwork and accountability within the detailing team.

Customer Relationship Management (Crm)

  • Manage customer appointments and service schedules using the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, vehicle history, and service documentation.
  • Update customers on job progress and expected completion times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate service reminders, promotions, and customer retention campaigns.
  • Track customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Quality Control

  • Inspect vehicles before, during, and after detailing.
  • Ensure all work complies with company quality standards.
  • Resolve quality issues before vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain detailed inspection reports and quality records.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily operational reports.
  • Track productivity and technician performance.
  • Monitor job completion times and workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams.
  • Support monthly operational and performance reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive detailing or workshop operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience using CRM software and workshop management systems.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
