Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Workshop Controller, or similar automotive-industry role.
- Driving license is compulsory.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of workshop safety regulations and procedures.
- Primary education is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
