Role responsibilities
- Ensure high customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage café staff, scheduling, and task allocation; oversee daily operations and efficient service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Uphold food-service health and safety standards according to HACCP guidelines.
- Communicate with clients and partners in Russian.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience as a Café Administrator or in a similar role; administration experience of 2 years is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; customer-service focus and ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with food-service health and safety regulations.
- Fluent French and English.
- Russian fluency is called required in the role description but listed as preferred in the separate language field.
Employment and pay
- Job type: full-time.
- Pay: AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
