Floor Manager
to join Food & Beverage team at
One&Only The Palm Resort
in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues.
Where you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of restaurant.
The Floor Manager will oversee the training, supervision, and day-to-day management of the service team, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth restaurant operations.
The successful candidate will report to the Restaurant General Manager and Restaurant Manager.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise, motivate, and develop team members.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach with strong initiative and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement disciplinary procedures when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational and guest-related issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an upscale 5-star luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.
