Overview
-Setting schedules, detecting machine malfunctions, maintaining supplies, motivating workers, and making sure production goals are met.
-Communication and time management.
-Supervise and provide leadership to planning staff to enhance team performance.
-Develop and maintain efficient production schedules to meet customer demand accurately.
-Coordinate across departments to align manufacturing activities with production goals.
-Analyze and interpret production data to forecast future manufacturing needs effectively.
-Optimize resource allocation, ensuring materials and labor are available as needed.
-Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
-Monitor quality standards and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
-Prepare detailed reports on production performance and present findings to management.
-Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock of materials and products.
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials needed for production.
-Resolve any production issues that may arise promptly to avoid disruptions.
-Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance in new product development and launches.
