The Floor Tech is responsible for all aspects of floor care, using the latest custodial equipment to provide high quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting to provide a safe working environment.

This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• General floor care activities e.g., dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet
• Periodic floor care activities e.g., scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing
• Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities between the customers and the company
• Complete other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of floor care preferred Knowledge of industry best practices
