Floating Maintenance Technician

Your responsibilities as the Maintenance Technician will include
- Timely Repairs: Respond to resident service requests within 48 hours and maintain quality through follow-up.
- Apartment Turnover: Inspect, prepare, and maintain units for move-in/move-out and showings.
- Property Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and organization across common areas and vacant units.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, use protective equipment, and maintain safe workspaces.
- Vendor Coordination: Supervise vendors for quality and efficiency, ensuring professional standards.
