What will you will do as a CRG Nurse with American Senior Communities
Provide care across multiple facilities
Support teams with staffing needs
Deliver high-quality resident care
Document and communicate changes

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Indiana and minimum of 2 or more years of LTC Nursing Home Experience
- Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles)
