Flights And Operations Executive
We are looking for an experienced Flights and Operations Executive with strong knowledge of air ticketing and travel operations.
The candidate will be responsible for handling flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international flight bookings using GDS systems.
- Handle ticketing, reissuance, refunds, and schedule changes.
- Assist clients with travel routes, fares, and airline policies.
- Coordinate hotel bookings and other travel arrangements when required.
- Monitor booking queues and ensure accuracy in reservations.
- Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and travel-related documents.
- Maintain high service standards and support team operations.
Requirements
- Minimum experience in air ticketing and travel operations.
- Advanced GDS knowledge, especially in **Amadeus**, is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of airline reservations and fare rules.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
