Role overview
Support operational flight editing and post-departure activities in accordance with IGOM standards and airline contracts.
Support AOCC functions including aircraft towing coordination, Flydubai operations, telex communications, and radar desk activities.
Help ensure flight operations are safe, efficient, and timely.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety, quality, environmental, and operational procedures and report safety concerns.
- Monitor radar tracks, update flight statuses, and respond to VHF ground-service requests with weight, balance, and fuel information.
- Alert Operations Control about flights not scheduled to operate to DXB.
- Coordinate equipment, resources, personnel, towing plans, and towing on-time performance.
- Complete Flydubai coordination and AMIS-DMIS checks; maintain accurate flight, aircraft registration, and gate details in DCS and DMIS.
- Manage seating for passengers needing special assistance and group bookings under airline agreements and IGOM.
- Complete flight edits before check-in opens, finalize post-departure records on time, and action operational telex messages.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience for diploma holders, or 2–4 years in a related field with hands-on practical training.
- Knowledge of DMIS, AACS, UFIS, and Departure Control Systems (DCS).
