Job Summary
The Fleet Manager / Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end fleet operations, transport planning, execution, and maintenance coordination to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely logistics operations.
The role ensures optimal fleet utilization, high vehicle availability, and strong operational performance across all transport activities.

Fleet & Transport Operations
- Manage overall fleet operations including owned and outsourced vehicles
- Ensure optimal utilization of fleet resources to meet operational requirements
- Monitor daily transport execution and ensure on-time deliveries
- Oversee vehicle allocation, scheduling, and availability planning
Planning & Execution
- Coordinate with planners and dispatch teams for route and load optimization
- Ensure efficient trip allocation and execution of dispatch plans
- Monitor real-time operations and resolve execution issues promptly
- Drive continuous improvement in transport efficiency and service levels
