Job Responsibilities
1.
Oversee the preparation and supply of vehicle logistics and drivers, ensuring their needs are met.
2.
Inspect vehicles to ensure their readiness before delivery to the end user.
3.
Track and record comprehensive data and information regarding vehicle movements and their locations.
4.
Coordinate with workshops to carry out necessary maintenance.
5.
Fully responsible for managing and directing truck drivers.
6.
Responsible for all customs procedures related to truck operations and executing freight transport operations.
7.
Manage direct dealings with other transport companies and work on providing external trucks if necessary.
8.
Supervise the issuance of fuel dispensing permits and their reconciliation with the financial department.
9.
Oversee the performance of internal maintenance operations, including necessary periodic maintenance for all trucks and vehicles, such as oil changes and parts with specified lifespans, along with external maintenance operations to address unexpected breakdowns during work tasks.
10.
Monitor the renewal of vehicle licenses from the traffic department.
11.
Monitor the renewal of vehicle operating licenses from the Ministry of Transport.
12.
Follow up and conclude all matters related to accidents.
13.
Prepare and submit reports to the sales department regarding the fulfillment of customer needs through freight transport operations.
14.
Supervise speed monitoring operations of trucks and ensure drivers comply with driving instructions.
Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in fleet management, logistics services, or supply chain operations.
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, route optimization, and driver management.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with fleet management software.
