A leading transportation company is looking for experienced Fleet Operations Supervisors to manage daily fleet activities across multiple regions in Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in fleet operations, dispatching, fuel transport, car carriers, , and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet and transportation operations.
- Coordinate with dispatchers for trip planning, routing, and driver assignments.
- Monitor vehicle movement, performance, and timely delivery.
- Manage drivers, schedules, and operational compliance.
- Follow up on fuel transport, car carrier, tipper, and logistics activities.
- Ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with branch management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet operations or transportation supervision.
- Experience working closely with dispatchers and drivers.
- Strong knowledge of trip planning, routing, and fleet coordination.
- Experience in fuel transport, car carrier, tippers, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
