About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate fleet sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Drive fleet sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in corporate, government, and institutional sectors
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts and high value clients
- Oversee preparation of proposals, tenders, and quotations
- Ensure timely follow up on leads and conversion of opportunities into sales
- Manage strategic fleet accounts, ensuring long term partnerships and repeat business
- Address customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with aftersales and service teams to support client needs
- Liaise with inventory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Monitor stock availability and align sales efforts with inventory levels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 5–8 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in fleet or B2B sales
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Solid understanding of fleet sales processes and tendering
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting tools/CRM systems
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus, depending on market)

Job Purpose
- The Fleet Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the fleet sales team to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets within the corporate, government, and rental segments.
- This role focuses on developing strong client relationships, managing key accounts, supervising daily sales activities, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
