Overview

For our garage or automotive workshop, a **Fleet Sales Executive** is responsible for bringing in and managing business from companies that operate multiple vehicles, such as delivery companies, logistics firms, rental companies, construction companies, taxis, ride-hailing fleets, and government organizations.

Main Objective

Increase the garage's revenue by securing fleet maintenance contracts, repair work, body shop services, and preventive maintenance agreements from corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development

  • Identify companies with vehicle fleets.
  • Visit potential clients and present garage services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and referrals.
  • Submit quotations and service proposals.
  • Build long-term relationships with fleet managers and procurement teams.
  • Act as the main contact person for fleet customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate maintenance contracts and pricing.
  • Upsell services such as tyres, batteries, detailing, body repairs, and roadside assistance.

2. Coordination with Workshop Team

  • Work with service advisors and workshop managers.
  • Ensure fleet vehicles receive priority service.
  • Track repair status and delivery timelines.

3. Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain records of prospects and clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor competitors and market opportunities.

Skills Required

  • Strong B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to build corporate relationships.
  • UAE driving license (highly preferred in the UAE market).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Number of new fleet accounts signed.
  • Monthly revenue generated.
  • Fleet contract renewals.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Number of vehicles serviced from fleet clients.
  • Gross profit from fleet accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure fleet maintenance contracts from corporate clients.
  • Generate new business from logistics, delivery, rental, and transport companies.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate service agreements.
  • Coordinate with workshop operations to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and submit sales reports.

Requirements

  • 5 years of automotive B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
  • Strong networking and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license Must
  • Existing contacts with fleet operators in the UAE would be an advantage.
