Commercially astute with experience managing contractual obligations and performance outcomes. Agile and adaptable, with the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic operational environment. A collaborative, people-focused leader with demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams. Proven ability to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and business performance. Project/operational management experience, ideally within rolling stock or similar environments. How Success Is Measured Achievement of fleet availability and reliability targets aligned with strategic goals. Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Reduction in unplanned downtime and improvement in maintenance efficiency.
