Fleet Manager
About This Role
Job Overview:
Dost Go Limousine is looking for a dedicated and organized Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our growing vehicle fleet in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain vehicle performance, and coordinate effectively with drivers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily fleet operations
- Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Track and report on fleet performance, mileage, and fuel usage
- Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with drivers and departments to optimize fleet utilization
- Resolve any operational issues related to vehicles or fleet activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in fleet management or vehicle operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
