Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Maintenance Site Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Fleet Maintenance Site Manager oversees all maintenance activities for the fleet at the assigned site, ensuring vehicles and equipment are safe, reliable, and compliant with company standards and regulations.
Daily tasks include planning and supervising maintenance schedules, coordinating preventive maintenance, and managing repair work to minimize downtime.
The role is responsible for leading and coaching maintenance staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance and productivity.
The manager also tracks maintenance costs, manages spare parts and tools, ensures proper documentation of work orders and maintenance records, and collaborates with operations and logistics teams to align fleet availability with business needs.
The position requires active enforcement of safety procedures, continuous process improvement, and clear reporting on fleet condition and maintenance KPIs.
Qualifications
- Must be a Saudi citizen in Riyadh.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, automotive, or related field; professional certifications in fleet or maintenance management are an advantage.
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching of maintenance personnel.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair for fleet commercial vehicles and sedan cars
- Knowledge of government regulations and interfaces (TGA, Tamm.. etc), ERP systems, and MS office.
- Proven ability in preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and implementation to reduce breakdowns and extend asset life.
- Experience in maintenance management, including work order control, budgeting, spare parts management, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and best practices related to fleet and workshop operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret maintenance data and act on performance indicators.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills and familiarity with the Saudi market are highly beneficial.
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia; candidates based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh are preferred.
