Coordinate and monitor the company vehicle fleet to support efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.
The role covers vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, documentation, driver coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle allocation, scheduling, and dispatch.
- Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, and driver assignments.
- Coordinate servicing, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and registration renewals.
- Maintain vehicle, driver, insurance, registration, and maintenance records.
- Track document renewals, driver assignments and routes, fuel, mileage, and operating costs.
- Monitor GPS/tracking systems and report irregularities or incidents.
- Arrange replacement vehicles for maintenance or breakdowns.
- Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, rental companies, and service providers.
- Ensure driver compliance with company policies, road-safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Report accidents, damage, breakdowns, and other incidents to management.
- Prepare fleet utilization, maintenance, fuel, and cost reports; keep fleet documents updated.
- Support management efforts to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Previous experience in fleet coordination, transportation, logistics, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
- Good organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles, drivers, and tasks simultaneously.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic and vehicle-registration requirements is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
