Job Summary
Trail My Car is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations, vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and driver support.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient fleet performance while maintaining high standards of safety and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily fleet activities and vehicle assignments
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and service records
- Track fleet performance, fuel usage, and operational costs
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and management teams
- Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate fleet documentation and reporting
- Assist with route planning and logistics coordination
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
