Role Description
The Fleet and Mobility Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, allocation, and daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet and mobility resources to support facility management and logistics activities.
Typical tasks include managing fleet utilization, monitoring vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, coordinating drivers and transportation routes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The manager will also develop mobility policies, optimize costs, negotiate with vendors and service providers, and maintain accurate records and reports on fleet operations.
Collaboration with operations, logistics, procurement, and HR teams is essential to ensure timely, reliable transportation support for projects and services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in fleet management, transportation operations, or logistics management.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and coordinating vehicle usage and driver assignments.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze operational data, optimize routes and costs, and improve efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience within facility management, defense support services, or large contracting environments is an advantage.
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and high service quality in a multi-site operational environment
