Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plastic Film Extruder Operator located in the United Arab Emirates.
The Plastic Film Extruder Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic film extrusion machinery, monitoring production processes, inspecting finished products for quality and specification compliance, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
The role includes ensuring proper setup of machines, making adjustments as necessary, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating plastic extrusion machinery and performing machine setup and maintenance.
- Knowledge of plastic film production processes, quality standards, and material handling.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure efficient production flow.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Basic mechanical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to varying workload demands.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
