Fitout Site Engineer

Role overview

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of GCC experience in interior fit-out and construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and fit-out materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and reading construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for fit-out and construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and ensure work follows the approved schedule.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources.
• Assist with quantity verification, site measurements, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and support handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
