FITOUT PROJECT MANAGER / FITOUT SITE ENGINEER

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out, construction, engineering or architecture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

· Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion for interior fit-out and design projects.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure smooth

execution.

· Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines and resource allocation.

· Prepare and present project reports, schedules and project documentation.

· Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.

· Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress and resolve on-site challenges.

· Track and report daily progress and resources deployed at each project site.

· Use MS Project to manage tasks, assign resources and adjust timelines based on real-time site

updates.

· Prepare and maintain project programmes, Gantt charts, dashboards and progress reports, ensuring

management is kept informed of project milestones, delays, resource allocation and overall project

performance.

· Resolve project-related issues, risks and stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction

projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC.

· Strong knowledge of project planning, design development and execution phases.

· Proficient in project management tools including MS Project and MS Office

Suite.

· Prior experience working in the GCC region.

· Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and building codes.

· Experience managing luxury, commercial or residential interior fit-out and design projects.

· MEP experience.

· Fit-out project estimation experience.

· Fluent in English (written and verbal) – essential.

· Arabic or any additional language will be considered an advantage.

· Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.

· Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE.

· Strong documentation, planning and daily reporting skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

· Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.

· Passion for design and high aesthetic standards.
