Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Fit-Out Foreman** to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and a solid understanding of fit-out procedures, materials, and finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects, including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, MEP coordination, and final finishes.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure timely execution of work.
- Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality control.
- Maintain site documentation including daily reports, timesheets, and material requisitions.
- Ensure tools and materials are available and properly used.
- Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with the project management team.
- Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations on-site.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers where necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in interior fit-out works (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of fit-out procedures, materials, and technical drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MEP coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
