Technical and project qualifications

  • Strong technical background in interior fitout, joinery, and construction methods, with the ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
  • Experience in project coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, cost estimation, and vendor or contractor management.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards for interior projects in Qatar or the GCC.
  • Proficiency with engineering and design tools such as AutoCAD or similar, and basic project management software.

Education and working capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and solve problems in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Desirable experience

  • Fitout project experience in branding, retail, or commercial spaces is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fitout projects, including schedules, resources, costs, vendors, and contractors.
  • Interpret architectural and MEP drawings to support interior fitout and construction work.
  • Apply relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards to interior projects.
  • Work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients to coordinate project delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, resolving project issues as they arise.
