Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Trainer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Fitness Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering safe, effective, and engaging individual and group exercise sessions for a diverse range of clients.
Daily activities include assessing fitness levels, creating personalized training programs, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and monitoring client progress.
The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized training environment, promoting health and wellness initiatives, and collaborating with other staff to support client satisfaction and retention.
The Fitness Trainer is expected to provide professional customer service, uphold health and safety standards, and represent the company’s values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training, with the ability to design and implement effective workout programs.
- Experience leading Group Exercise sessions and motivating participants of varying fitness levels.
- Knowledge of the Fitness Industry, including current training methods, equipment use, and basic wellness principles.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and client support.
- Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., personal training or group fitness) from recognized institutions.
- Understanding of exercise safety, injury prevention, and basic first aid; CPR certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
- Prior experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role, ideally in a commercial or corporate fitness setting.
