About This Role
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality
- Manage class schedules, instructor assignments, and studio calendars
- Implement and enforce studio policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Monitor inventory and coordinate maintenance or repairs
2. Staff Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise instructors, front-desk staff, and support teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
- Lead team meetings and foster a positive, motivating work environment
- Ensure staff deliver high-quality customer service and uphold studio values
3. Member Experience & Customer Service
- Greet and engage members, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and retention
- Oversee membership onboarding, tours, and consultations
- Create a welcoming, community-focused environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1.00 per month
