In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential clients, establishing strong relationships with new and existing members, and contributing to the overall success of the fitness center.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new members.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness needs and goals.
- Provide detailed information about membership options and pricing plans.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all fitness services and equipment offered.
- Regularly follow up with leads and convert them into active members.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Work alongside the fitness trainers to better understand and promote services.
- Collect and analyze data on customer feedback to improve sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation with a passion for fitness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
