First 90 Days

Responsibilities

• Choreograph BoxFlow workouts to music using Jabs, Crosses, Hooks, Slips, Squats, and Blocks, paced for beginner and intermediate players.
• Write and record voiceover scripts that cue combos, coach form, and motivate. Appear on camera as needed.
• Design and lead fitness challenges and programs across BoxFlow and NexGym that help parents get started and stay consistent.
• Engage our fitness community as a coaching voice and bring feedback back to the team.
• Partner with designers and engineers on new workout interactions for the living room.

Required Qualifications

• Group fitness teaching experience and Fitness certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• Solid boxing fundamentals and a feel for combos that are fun and safe.
• Strong sense of rhythm: you hear a song and know where the punches go.
• Clear, energetic script writing and confident delivery on mic and camera.

Preferred Qualifications

• Boxing or kickboxing coaching experience.
• Experience creating fitness content for apps, streaming, or social media.
• An existing fitness community or social presence.

• This contract runs through the end of 2026 and is intended to convert to full-time based on fit and impact. You'll grow from creating workouts to owning challenges, programs, and community for our fitness roadmap, with the opportunity to become the on-camera personality for future NexGym workout programs.
