Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Coach role based at F45 Yas Island.
The Fitness Coach will lead high-energy group training sessions, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and provide real-time coaching and motivation to members of varying fitness levels.
Responsibilities include conducting pre-class setup and post-class equipment organization, monitoring member safety and technique, and offering personalized modifications or progressions as needed.
The coach will educate members on training principles, support basic nutrition and recovery guidance within scope, and help new members feel welcome through introductions and onboarding.
Day-to-day tasks also include contributing to a positive studio atmosphere, assisting with member retention initiatives, and collaborating with the team on programming, events, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to coach diverse fitness levels in a high-energy class environment.
- Strong background in Fitness Training and the Fitness Industry, including understanding of functional training principles and safe exercise progressions.
- Working knowledge of Nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits to provide basic guidance aligned with F45 protocols.
- Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., personal training, group exercise, strength and conditioning) and current CPR/first aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, encourage, and build rapport with members.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and professionalism, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Experience in a functional training or boutique studio environment is an advantage, as is familiarity with technology-supported training systems.
