About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Fitness Coach to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality group classes and personal training sessions while creating an exceptional member experience.
The coach will support members in achieving their fitness goals through motivation, guidance, fitness assessments, and professional coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct group fitness classes, including functional training, bootcamp, WCG (Weightlifting, Cardio & Gymnastics), and other club programs.
- Deliver personal training sessions tailored to members’ fitness goals and abilities.
- Conduct member inductions and fitness assessments for new and existing members.
- Provide floor support and assist members with exercise techniques and equipment usage.
- Ensure proper fitness etiquette, safety standards, and club policies are followed at all times.
- Monitor member progress and provide ongoing motivation and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, assessments, and member information.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Support club events, fitness challenges, and member engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall member experience.
Requirements
- Experience as a Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer, or Group Fitness Instructor.
- Strong knowledge of functional training, strength training, conditioning, and group exercise.
- Experience leading group classes and conducting personal training sessions.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment.
- Fitness-related certification is preferred.
- CrossFit, Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning, or similar certifications are an advantage.
Working Schedule
- 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Conduct group classes, personal training sessions, fitness assessments, and member inductions as required by business needs.
