Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fit-outs Sales Manager based in Riyadh.

The Fit-outs Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating tailored proposals, and managing the full sales cycle for fit-out and finishing projects.

Responsibilities

include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with project teams to align client expectations with delivery.

The position requires the ability to analyze market trends, meet sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client acquisition, and business development, particularly in the construction or fit-out industry.
  • Knowledge of interior design, fit-out processes, and finishing standards, along with understanding of relevant materials and techniques.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers and designers, to deliver quality client solutions.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
