We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and contracting projects (Fit-out) and proven leadership in supervising labor teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction laborers and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure that all site activities are carried out according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Monitor work progress and report updates to project management.
- Maintain discipline, quality control, and productivity among workers.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and contracting - fit-out is preferred.
- Arabic nationality is must.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read drawings and site plans.
- · Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice.
