Role overview
Full-time, on-site Fit-out Supervisor role based in Qatar.
Oversee interior fit-out projects for residential and commercial properties.
Project and site duties
- Supervise site activities and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Report progress, risks, and requirements to project managers and clients.
- Plan schedules, allocate workforce, and monitor material use and quality.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in fit-out supervision, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and MEP interfaces.
- Knowledge of construction and fit-out standards, site safety, and Qatar or GCC building regulations.
- Project coordination, time management, and effective on-site communication skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Proficiency with basic office and site reporting tools such as MS Office; digital workflow or work-order systems are an additional qualification.
- A relevant technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is sought; equivalent experience is considered.
- Facilities management, interior contracting, or maintenance-services experience is an advantage.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
