Responsibilities
- Supervise fit-out and finishing works on site.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
- Monitor project timelines and site progress.
- Prepare daily reports and quantity tracking.
- Resolve technical site issues and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Coordinate with project management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Experience in Fit-Out and finishing projects.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials and site execution.
- Proficient in:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Project
- Bluebeam Revu
- Reading shop drawings
- Strong site management and communication skills.
