Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day interior fit-out operations on-site.
- Coordinate with the technical and design teams to clear shop drawings and material submittals.
- Supervise subcontractors and specialized trades (MEP, joinery, ceiling, etc.) ensuring high-quality execution.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliver projects on time.
- Monitor on-site expenditures and coordinate progress billings with the finance team
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- **Experience:**
- 10 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic engineering and management tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
