Lead and manage fit-out projects from planning and execution through successful completion.
Ensure overall delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from inception to completion; plan and monitor activities, timelines, and resources.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients; coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, commercial, and site teams.
- Deliver work according to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements; coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and other fit-out works.
- Monitor progress, budgets, variations, and project performance; review drawings, submittals, method statements, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings; resolve technical, commercial, and site issues.
- Ensure UAE construction and HSE compliance; report progress to management and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Complete handover, snagging, testing, commissioning, and project close-out on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of UAE experience in fit-out or interior construction; UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Experience managing high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out methods, materials, site execution, project documentation, and contract requirements.
- Strong project planning, coordination, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 10,000 per month.
