Role overview
Full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Fit Out Foreman / Supervisor / Maintenance professional.

Site supervision and coordination
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate fit-out and maintenance works.
- Assign work to technicians and tradespeople; oversee carpentry and basic civil works.
- Keep work safe, on schedule, and at required quality standards; monitor tools and equipment use.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors; interpret drawings and specifications.
- Update progress reports and site documentation.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance, resolve minor technical issues, and improve work processes.
Candidate qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, task allocation, and on-site leadership.
- Maintenance experience in fit-out and building maintenance, including basic civil and MEP troubleshooting.
- Carpentry knowledge covering joinery, fixtures, and interior finishing.
- Awareness of safe handling and oversight of construction tools, machinery, and related equipment.
- Effective communication with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and work schedules; attention to detail and safety.
- Minimum high school diploma or technical certificate in construction, maintenance, or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- UAE or GCC experience in interior fit-out, construction, or facilities maintenance is highly beneficial.
