Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced fit-out foreman to supervise and manage interior fit-out projects across retail, commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors in the UAE.
The candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities on site
- Coordinate carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, MEP, glass, marble, and finishing works
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, and site productivity
- Read and execute works as per approved drawings and site instructions
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution issues
- Ensure proper material handling and site housekeeping
- Maintain health & safety standards on site
- Prepare daily work progress updates and site reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of retail, office, restaurant, kiosk, and villa fit-out works
- Ability to handle projects independently
- Good understanding of drawings, site measurements, and finishing details
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid UAE driving license will be an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling authority inspections and site coordination
- Knowledge of MEP and finishing coordination
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines efficiently
