Fit-Out Estimator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for fit-out projects.
• Review architectural and interior fit-out drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
• Source prices from suppliers and subcontractors for joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, painting, and finishes.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations with precision.
• Prepare variation orders and estimates for additional works.
• Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for planning costs and execution.
• Supervise daily fit-out site activities.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and work schedules.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and project timelines.
• Monitor material delivery, usage, and maintain site stock control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on progress and costs.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE requirements on site.
• Handle site measurements, snag lists, and project handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in signage, branding, and advertising projects.
• Strong knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, LED components, CNC/laser cutting, and fabrication techniques.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with estimation tools/software.
