Job Description: Fishery & Butchery Associate
Role Summary
Responsible for preparing, cutting, and displaying fresh meat and seafood products while maintaining hygiene, quality, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, clean, and prepare meat and seafood products.
- Maintain fresh, attractive product displays.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Assist customers with product selection and basic cooking advice.
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and safe.
Skills & Requirements
- Basic experience in meat or fish handling.
- Good knife skills and product knowledge.
- Ability to work in chilled environments.
- Customer‑friendly attitude and attention to detail.
