Overview

Walk in Interview ( Any day )- Monday to Thursday 4pm – 5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, cut, portion, and prepare fish and seafood for cooking.
  • Marinate seafood using approved recipes and seasoning methods.
  • Grill fish, shrimp, squid, lobster, and other seafood items according to customer orders and restaurant standards.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper preparation.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and consistently.
  • Maintain quality control of seafood products and report any concerns regarding freshness.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to minimize wastage.
  • Assist with stock monitoring and inform supervisors of inventory shortages.
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Support the Head Chef and kitchen team with other food preparation tasks as required.
