Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Firefighting Foreman located in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Firefighting Foreman will oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and inspection of firefighting systems.
Responsibilities include supervising technician teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring all projects meet regulatory standards.
The position also involves liaising with clients and providing technical advice when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of firefighting systems, fire suppression techniques, and fire safety equipment
- Experience in team management, leadership, and the ability to coordinate daily activities on-site
- Technical skills in installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of fire protection systems
- Understanding of safety protocols and fire safety regulations
- Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure and potentially hazardous environments
- Relevant certifications or training in fire safety or firefighting
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in safety and security services is advantageous
- **driving license is preferred**
