The employer is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Fighting Technician.
The technician will work on fire protection systems for fit-out projects.
Key responsibilities
- Install, modify, relocate, and maintain fire-fighting systems, including sprinklers, extinguishers, hose reels, and fire alarm integration.
- Read and implement approved fit-out drawings and MEP coordination layouts.
- Conduct pressure tests, flow tests, and commissioning for completed fit-out areas.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
- Ensure installations comply with local Civil Defense regulations and NFPA standards.
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain installation and testing documentation.
- Support handover activities and attend inspections with consultants and authorities.
Role requirements
- Skilled and dedicated experience as a Fire Fighting Technician working with fire protection systems.
- Ability to interpret approved fit-out drawings and MEP coordination layouts.
- Ability to perform pressure tests, flow tests, and system commissioning.
- Knowledge of local Civil Defense regulations and NFPA standards.
