- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
- Lead and manage firefighting technicians and site workforce.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations, NFPA standards, and HSE requirements.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis for firefighting systems.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for fire alarm and suppression systems.
- Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure adherence to project quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely completion of works.
- Manage work schedules, manpower allocation, and project progress tracking.
