Role Summary
Installation: Set up fire alarm systems, including control panels, detectors, sensors, and wiring.
Testing & Commissioning: Conduct system checks to ensure alarms, detectors, and notification devices work properly.
Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Repairs: Diagnose faults and fix system issues quickly and efficiently.
Compliance: Ensure systems meet local fire safety codes and standards.
Documentation: Maintain service records, inspection reports, and system logs.
Customer Support: Explain system operation and provide basic training to clients or building staff.
Position Requirments
Knowledge of fire alarm systems and electrical circuits
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Basic IT/networking knowledge (for modern systems)
