Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Fire Alarm Supervisor** with strong expertise in both **maintenance and project execution** of fire alarm systems.
The candidate should be capable of supervising installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating site activities to ensure successful project delivery and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise **fire alarm system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities**.
- Handle both **project execution and AMC/maintenance works** for fire alarm systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and rectify fire alarm system faults and ensure timely maintenance services.
- Review drawings, site conditions, and ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
- Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and maintenance reports.
- Lead and supervise technicians to ensure quality work and safety standards.
- Ensure all works are completed within the project timeline and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum **4–5 years of experience** in **Fire Alarm Systems**, including both **maintenance and project works**.
- Strong knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Familiarity with major fire alarm brands.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
- UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
