Experienced **Fire Alarm Foreman** with **6 years** of expertise in supervising the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Skilled in leading teams of technicians, interpreting shop drawings and wiring diagrams, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable fire safety standards.
Proficient in managing manpower, monitoring work progress, conducting system inspections, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, including control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, and emergency interfaces.
- Lead and coordinate fire alarm technicians and subcontractors on-site.
- Review drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, codes, and project standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project engineers.
- Monitor material usage and site productivity.
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports and daily work updates.
