- المهام الرئيسية:
- إدارة مشروع صيانة وتشغيل أنظمة الحريق لجميع فروع العميل بالمملكة.
- الإشراف المباشر على مهندسي المناطق والفنيين ومتابعة الأداء اليومي.
- استقبال التقارير الفنية من فرق المناطق ومراجعتها وتحليل الأعطال والحلول.
- إعداد تقارير دورية شاملة للعميل عن حالة الأنظمة ونسب الإنجاز.
- إعداد عروض الأسعار للإصلاحات والأعمال الإضافية ومتابعة اعتمادها.
- تحديد احتياجات المواد وقطع الغيار ورفع طلبات الشراء ومتابعة التوريد.
- التنسيق مع فرق التنفيذ وقسم الحسابات لإصدار الفواتير ومتابعة التحصيل.
- إدارة العقود ومتابعة الالتزام ببنود SLA ومؤشرات الأداء وخطط التحسين.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية والوقائية وفحص اللوحات والحساسات والمضخات.
- إعداد خطط الصيانة السنوية والطارئة والتأكد من معايير السلامة المهنية.
- المتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس هندسة (كهرباء / ميكانيكا / ميكاترونكس).
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في صيانة وتشغيل أنظمة الحريق.
- معرفة جيدة بأكواد NFPA والكود المحلي وأنظمة (Simplex / Gent).
- إلمام بأنظمة (Sprinkler, FM200, CO2) ومضخات الحريق وقراءة المخططات.
- مهارات قيادية عالية والقدرة على حل المشكلات وتحمل ضغط العمل.

- A specialized company in fire pump manufacturing and supply/installation of fire alarm & safety systems is looking for:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fire systems O&M projects across all client branches within the Kingdom.
- Directly supervise regional engineers and technicians and monitor daily performance.
- Review technical reports, analyze system faults, and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic reports for the client regarding system status and progress.
- Generate quotations for repairs and additional works and follow up on client approvals.
- Identify material and spare parts requirements, raise purchase requests, and track delivery.
- Coordinate with the accounting department for invoicing and follow up on collections.
- Manage contracts and ensure full compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Execute periodic and preventive maintenance for fire alarm and firefighting systems.
- Inspect and test control panels, sensors, detectors, sprinklers, pumps, and valves.
- Prepare annual and emergency maintenance plans while ensuring HSE standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
- 3 to 7 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of fire systems.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, local standards, and systems like (Simplex / Gent).
- Experience with firefighting systems (Sprinkler, FM200, CO2) and Fire Pumps.
- Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical blueprints and basic programming.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
